ReserveMe

Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This page is a draft for review — it is not legal advice and may not yet reflect final business decisions.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of ReserveMe (the "Service"), an online appointment booking service operated by [operator name and address]. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

ReserveMe lets businesses publish their availability and lets guests book appointments online, receive confirmations, and reschedule or cancel through a link. We provide the booking platform; the appointment itself is provided by the business you book with.

3. Accounts

Businesses must create an account with a valid email address and keep their credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you represent.

4. Bookings and confirmations

A booking is a request until the business confirms it, where confirmation is required. Bookings are subject to the business's availability, services, and policies. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

5. Payments and deposits

Some businesses may require payment or a deposit. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. The business sets its prices, deposits, and refund policy.

6. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations and no-shows are handled under the business's policy. Please cancel as early as possible so the slot can be released. Repeated no-shows may lead a business to restrict future bookings.

7. Business responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, services, prices, and availability, and for the appointments they provide. Businesses must use the Service lawfully and obtain any consents required from their guests.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, disrupt other users, send spam, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you provide.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the acts and omissions of businesses you book with.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified and take effect as stated. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
